Looks like former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has really done it this time. She went after the pageant for a $1 million settlement after being booted and they responded by showing her footage of a solo sex tape. At first she reportedly denied it was her until the screen zoomed in on her face. Prejean, who was aiming for that good-Christian-girl image has been racked with topless scandals and now the surfacing of a sex tape.
