Beyonce Knowles sister Solange let the nipples fly this week as they popped out of her black bra covered only by a thin sheer, totally see-though blouse. She says she’s embarrassed and didn’t realize…but c’mon, please. She was obviously cold! Maybe she just needed some Beyonce-like attention.
